We take the time to really get to know you, match you with the right providers, and create strategies that actually work and not just on paper, but in your day-to-day life.
Let’s build a support team that feels like the right fit.

Meet Robyn
Hi, I’m Robyn, a triplet mum of four and a people-person through and through.
My kids all have big, unique personalities, and they remind me daily how important it is to have the right support around you.
I was born in South Africa, raised in the UK and found my heart home in Australia in 2011. After solo travelling the world in my twenties, I landed here and never looked back, West really is best.
I came into the NDIS space the same way many families do, confused, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. I remember getting that first plan and thinking, “What now?” No guidance, just pressure to get it right.
That experience lit a fire in me to help others navigate this system with more support and less stress. I began studying Community Services, became a Support Coordinator, and started building a trusted network of providers who really get it, and more importantly, get you.
I love finding creative ways to make your plan work in real life, whether it’s linking you to an occupational therapist, behaviour support practitioner, physiotherapist or a support worker, it needs to feel like the right fit.
I bring real-world experience, perseverance, and a practical mindset. If you’re looking for support that’s grounded, honest, and tailored to you - I’d love to help.

We can still support you while you’re getting things sorted. Whether you're applying for Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Individualised Living Options (ILO), or working through a housing goal, we can walk you through what’s involved and help you prepare the right information for access requests, change of circumstances or plan reassessments.
We're happy to chat even if you're not sure where to start.
Why Chose Us
At Triple Tree Supports, we do things differently because we've lived it too. We know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the system and how important it is to have someone who truly listens and cares. Real support means being there through the tricky times and the good ones, with someone in your corner who gets it.
With years of experience navigating the NDIS, we’ve seen how the system constantly changes, but we’ve learned to adapt and move with it. And we’ll help you do the same. We take the time to build genuine relationships, so you feel supported, heard, and understood. No matter where you’re at, we meet you there and help you move forward.

Lived Experience
We’ve been on both sides of the NDIS, so we understand the highs, the lows, and everything in between. We know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, unheard, or stuck because we’ve been there too. That’s why we do things differently: with empathy, honesty, and a focus on what actually works.

Guidance You Can Trust
You don’t need more jargon. You need someone who listens, explains things clearly, and walks beside you when it gets tough. That’s what we do.

Creative & Practical
We make your NDIS plan work for you. We think outside the box, find creative ways to use your funding, and guide you with practical solutions to tricky problems. Our flexible, grounded approach keeps things simple and focused on what matters.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a Support Coordinator actually do? A Support Coordinator helps you understand and implement your NDIS plan. We connect you with the right therapists, support workers, and services, while making sure your supports align with your goals and day-to-day life. We also help organise your funding, troubleshoot any issues, and guide you through the NDIS process — so you feel confident and supported, not overwhelmed.
What’s the difference between Level 2 and Level 3 Support Coordination? Level 2 (Support Coordination) is for participants who need help connecting with services, using their funding confidently, and staying on track. Level 3 (Specialist Support Coordination) is for more complex situations — like when there are multiple services involved (mental health, housing, justice) or big challenges that affect daily life. We offer both and tailor our approach to suit you.
I don’t have Support Coordination in my plan - can I still get help? Yes, and you’re not alone. We can help you understand if it’s something you’re eligible for and work with you (and your team) to request it in your next plan review. That includes writing reports or gathering the right evidence from providers to support your case.
How do you choose which providers to recommend? We only suggest providers we’d trust ourselves - people who are reliable, experienced, and genuinely care. We also make sure they’re a good fit for you — not just based on what they do, but how they do it. Your goals and personality matter, and so does feeling safe and heard.
Do you only work with families or a certain age group? Not at all - we support a wide range of participants across all ages and backgrounds. Whether you’re a parent trying to make sense of the NDIS or an adult navigating services on your own, we’ll meet you where you’re at and go from there.
