At Triple Tree Supports, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We collect only the information we need to provide safe, effective and tailored NDIS services. This may include your name, contact details, NDIS number, health information, and other details relevant to your support.

We promise to:

  • Store your information securely

  • Only share information when required -  for example, with your consent or if required by law

  • Use your information to support your goals, manage services, and meet our legal obligations

You have the right to access your information, ask questions, or request corrections at any time. If you'd like to discuss how your information is handled, please contact us directly.

Feedback & Complaints Policy

We’re here to support you, meaning we want to hear what’s working and what’s not.

Your feedback helps us improve and ensure you feel safe, heard, and respected.

You can:

  • Provide feedback or raise a concern informally by phone, email or in person

  • Make a formal complaint if something feels wrong or hasn’t been handled well

We will:

  • Listen without judgment

  • Acknowledge your concern promptly

  • Aim to resolve the issue fairly and quickly

  • Keep your information private and only involve people who need to know

If you're not happy with our response, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for further support.

Acknowledgement of Country
At Triple Tree Supports, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work. We pay our respects to Elders past and present, and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
